DUNE BALL BOARD

The Dune Ball Board is an inflatable hemisphere with a rigid circular base and a protective edge with two eyelets. This product falls under the so-called unstable bases, for exercises of proprioception, coordination, strength, rehabilitation, etc.

The peculiarity arises from the possibility of using the tool in the ways in which the step aerobics for collective courses on a musical and non-musical basis. Unlike the step, which has a rigid and regular surface, the Dune Ball, with its soft rubber half sphere, makes the support unstable. The benefits in terms of training are numerous, so much so that, as with many products of this type, the applications become multiple.

Versatility and polyvalence that the Dune Ball also shows when used upside down, with the base at the top acting as a support surface for carrying out push-ups or when used with elastic, which can be fixed to the special side eyelets.
