SI-SAND BAG – Preloaded bag with handles

Le Yes-Sand Bag are preloaded bags with handles, specifically designed for the functional training and recently updated in some technical characteristics to make them even more versatile e functional. The length has been increased to 75 cm, for a more physiologically correct posture and closer to the grip width of a barbell. In particular, the 75 cm does not oblige the athlete to grip too tightly, ie a grip much smaller than the width of the torso. A grip that is not too tight indeed improves elbow-wrist alignment avoiding the creation of excessive shear forces on the affected joints, starting from the wrist. The Bag has also been equipped with 8 new handles, padded, effective, refined and comfortable. The upholstery is in PVC, updated in the new black / gray colour, with particularly visible weight numbering.

The bag (filled with sand) maintains a high level of softness and at the same time a good structural rigidity, necessary to avoid excessive deformations, in order to make possible the correct execution of exercises such as cleans, snatches, and others.

The Si-Sand Bag line of preloaded bags (with non-modifiable weight), is characterized by utility and great practicality in the context of functional workouts, especially with regard to group training or those organized in circuits, where it is necessary to use as many tools as possible which are unlikely to cause damage to people and things.
