TOTAL-CORE PIN – Landmine – Multidirectional joint for barbell exercises
The Total-Core Pin, also called Landmine, is a heavy metal plate equipped with a multidirectional joint where to insert a balance wheel or a bar as a pin. This piece of equipment is useful for performing numerous exercises, including multi-planar exercises, which are able to engage all muscle groups with particular reference to the core (hence the name). These are exercises to be performed standing, with a free body, in which it is not possible to ignore a correct and functional activation of the core, i.e. the rectus abdominis muscles that "connect" the upper part to the lower part of the body.
The joint is equipped with two cylinders: 51mm diameter, for Olympic barbells, and 29mm diameter, for barbells without 50mm adapters and bars. In this way it is possible to use bars and barbells of different lengths and weights, from the 20 kg of an Olympic barbell, such as the training model cod. 9015/8 , or the axle bar 9015/7 to the few Kg of a Introductory balance wheel in aluminum (code 9014/1). This allows you to satisfy the most diverse training needs. In fact, the Total-Core Pin can be used for all types of users and different types of exercises for which it is essential to be able to vary the weight greatly. Weight variations that can also be obtained by loading the balance wheel with plates.
The tool is simple, effective and practical. Effective because it features a sturdy, fluid joint mounted on a heavy, rubberized plate that doesn't move on the floor. Practical because thanks to the handle it is easy to lift and position.

Basic size: 480 x 440 mm
