The accessory, which can be used in various ways, is built to be mounted on rocker arms with 50 mm disc holder adapters. The chain is made up of 20 links weighing approximately 600 g each. To increase the weight of the progressive overload, more pairs of chains can be mounted on the balance wheel.
The fixing collar on the barbell is 80 mm wide, therefore up to 400 pairs of chains can be mounted on barbells with 5 mm adapters.
