WOODEN JERK PLYOBLOCKS

Wooden Jerk Plyoblocks are a multi-use solution that can meet multiple training needs. Born for weightlifting, the stackable wooden blocks make it possible to position the supporting and falling surface of the barbell at different heights, in such a way as to be able to train, breaking them down if necessary, the different phases of the lifting exercises: Snatch and Clean & jerk; hence the name Jerk Blocks.

The subdivision into 6 pairs of blocks (12 total) with 4 pairs 15 cm high is essential for adequate height adjustment based on the exercise and the characteristics of the athlete. Dividing the 90 cm total height into a smaller number of blocks only saves production costs.
