Sidea Open Weekend 2018: two days dedicated to Movement

The rain wasn't enough to prevent the success of the first one Sidea Open Weekends, the event that took place Saturday 1 and Sunday 2 September 2018 and which has seen many people not only join, but also actively participate over the two days.

The program of thematic workshops in fact, it received an excellent response from the participants, who were able to take advantage of the skills and advice of specialized trainers, but also see practical demonstrations of the correct use of tools and structures and personally try out the various types of training.

In the various areas, internal and external, in which the event was divided, it was possible to attend workshops ranging from Calisthenics atHammock Training, passing through both theoretical and practical lessons on the use of Kettlebell, rocker, clef, Flow bag, Duneball e Foam Roller.

The work area set up outside was particularly appreciated, where despite the bad weather the tensile structure of about 150m² made it possible to exploit the tatami for lessons of primitive training, and for i free vertical workshop taught by specialists Motus team.

An overall very successful experiment, in the wake of what is now a tradition of Sidea: organize and promote training events dedicated to training and professional trainers.

Il Sidea Open Weekends in this sense it was in fact an opportunity to get in touch with many enthusiasts and professionals in the sector, but at the same time it also allowed raise awareness around the equipment and its use. This is fundamental in the conception of training Sidea, in which it is the culture of movement that attributes value to the tool and it is precisely for this reason that a special thanks goes to all the trainers who made their professionalism and expertise available during the event, making it absolutely unique for the variety and quality of the topics covered.
