IMPROVE THE TONE OF YOUR LEGS AND BUTTOCKS WITH LATEX LOOP BAND

Deadlifts, squats below the parallel and dynamic lunges are some of the most recommended exercises for training legs and glutes but are they really the only ones?

Surely they are all valid exercises that you can include in your workout routine but they are not the only ones! The usage of Latex Loop Band in fact it allows you to perform both static and dynamic exercises thus offering a wide range of movements capable of maximizing the activation of these muscle groups.

Do you have little time and space and would like a workout focused on legs and glutes?

Latex Loop Band you can take it wherever you want, to the gym, on trips and why not, even at home since 2 square meters are enough to use it, enough space to be able to perform a squatting or side step.

Try this routine by repeating it for 3-4 rounds, recovering 60 seconds at the end of the last exercise:

  • crab walk – 15 repetitions keeping the legs slightly bent during the movement. When placed at knee height it offers good resistance but when placed at the ankles it will put a strain on your legs. (Elastic – 1)
  • Band squats – 15 reps, always push the knees outward during the descent and ascent to activate the glutes more and to execute the movement to perfection. (Elastic – 2 and Elastic – 3)
  • V – supine abduction – 20 repetitions, try to hold the abduction position for a few moments before returning to the starting position. Placed at the ankles it will set your muscles on fire with each repetition. (Elastic – 5)
  • Abduction in bridge position – 15 repetitions, always maintain the maximum extension of the pelvis during the movement. (Elastic – 4)
  • Quadrupedal hip extension – 15 reps each side, try not to arch your back during hip extension. To perform the exercise to perfection, focus on activating the core with each repetition. (Elastic – 6)
