The Soft Ball is a ball with a diameter of approximately 26 cm that can be inflated by air by the user. Used in Pilates, it is very soft, easily expandable and pleasant to the touch, and can be used in many holistic exercises for soft gymnastics, re-education, toning and water aerobics.
The size of 26 cm is indicative; the extreme softness of the material used can lead to considerable differences in diameter between Soft-Balls, especially if they are of different colours. To reduce this high tolerance, it is necessary to have a compressor so that the smaller balls are over-inflated and then deflated to the approximate diameter of approximately 26 cm.
