These are pre-assembled configurations from the High Performance rack range, designed to cater for specific training scenarios without the need to select each individual component. Each pack includes a support frame, dedicated accessories and attachments compatible with the H.P. range (Lever Arms 9301, pull-up bars 9321/9346/9347/9348, dip bars 9341, Plyoboard 9339). The aim is to reduce design time and ensure technical consistency across the modules.
-
The Cross Racks (models 1, 2, 3) are structures designed for CrossFit boxes and functional training studios, featuring multiple stations for squats, pull-ups and a communal rig. The Calisthenics Racks (models 1, 2, 3) are designed for pull-ups, muscle-ups, dips and bodyweight exercises, featuring multiple horizontal bars and variable grips. The choice depends on the type of session: heavy barbell training or functional gymnastics.
-
Yes. Each pack remains compatible with the full range of H.P. accessories: you can add 9301 Lever Arms, adjustable multi-grip pull-up bars, the 9339 Plyoboard, the 9341 dips bar, barbell racks, land mines and disc storage. The modular design allows you to expand the rack over time as your training volume increases or as you introduce new disciplines to the gym.
-
For a gym of that size with classes of 12–16 athletes, the Cross Rack Mod 2 or Mod 3 are the go-to options: they allow for multiple simultaneous stations for back squats, front squats and pull-ups. Alternatively, the Mega Rack 9300M5 combines a central rig with side stations. The choice depends on the training programme: high-turnover WODs, Olympic lifting or a mixed programme.
-
The Cage Rack is designed for those looking for a single, fully-equipped workstation with perimeter protection, safety spotter arms and an integrated pull-up bar. It takes up more space than a Standing Rack but allows you to train safely and independently on heavy squats, bench presses and deadlifts. A minimum height of approximately 2.3 m is required, along with a working area of at least 2.5 × 2.5 m around the structure.
-
The Standing Rack is a simple two-post structure with a pull-up bar, suitable for squats and deadlifts in compact spaces. The Push & Pull Rack adds stations for pull and push exercises using land mines, ropes, resistance bands and accessory attachments. It is the ideal choice when the rack needs to serve as a functional training station as well as a barbell station.
-
It depends on the model. The basic configurations include the standard pull-up bar (item no. 9321), whilst the calisthenics-oriented versions and some Cross Racks feature the adjustable multi-grip bars 9346, 9347 or 9348. If your training programme includes different grip variations (wide pronated, neutral, supinated, mixed), please ensure you select the multi-grip bar configuration when ordering, or add it as an accessory.
-
Yes. The columns feature J-hooks designed for Olympic barbells and plate holders compatible with all 50 mm discs. The system is designed to work with the Sidea range of weightlifting and powerlifting barbells, and is compatible with all standard IWF and IPF barbells.
-
This is strongly recommended. For deadlifts, cleans and drops of loaded barbells, a rubber floor covering of at least 20 mm should be used beneath the working area, or dedicated weightlifting platforms should be used in Olympic weightlifting stations. Under the columns, a 10 mm rubber mat is sufficient to dampen vibrations and provide adequate protection for the subfloor, provided the rack is correctly secured to the floor.
-
The Wall Storage versions (9300M6) and certain Bridge/Mega configurations require wall or floor anchoring to ensure safe use with heavy loads. The Standing Rack and Cage models can be used freestanding thanks to their ballastable T-base, but for intensive commercial use, floor mounting remains the most stable solution, particularly when performing kipping pull-ups and muscle-ups.
