• What are Rackstation Packs Sidea?
  Rackstation Packs are pre-assembled configurations of training stations, all based on a common core component: the Power Cage Rack. A Half Rack generally takes up 1.2–1.5 m in depth, whilst a full Rack Station with a ladder or wall bars requires between 2 and 3 m in width, plus the working space at the front.   Floor anchoring is recommended for all models featuring a pull-up bar, ladder or wall bar, where oscillatory stresses are high (kipping, muscle-ups, wall bar swings). The basic Power Cage Rack can be used as a stand-alone unit with a weighted base, but for continuous professional use, mechanical floor anchoring is the correct technical solution.
• What is the difference between a Rack Station Ladder and a Wall Bar?
  The Ladder module consists of horizontal rungs for pull-up training, plyometric exercises and calisthenics progressions with variable grip heights. The Wall Bar is modelled on the classic Swedish wall bar, with rungs spaced for mobility work, active stretching and core training. The 2780 H. Ladder Pro version extends the height to 2780 mm for full suspension movements.
• Does the Multi Storage Model include disc holders?
  Yes, the Rack Station Multi Storage Model features side compartments for bumper plates and Olympic discs, as well as holders for barbells and small equipment.
