Flat Bench - Professional Flat Bench with Wheels and Handle.

Designed for any training approach, from powerlifting to bodybuilding to fitness, the Flat Bench code 9020 guarantees maximum stability thanks to an exceptionally robust and correctly dimensioned frame.

The one-piece padding provides firm and secure support, while the upholstery, in faux leather with embossed faux leather effect, guarantees the best compromise between wear resistance, grip and ease of positioning on the bench.

The padding is composed as follows:

• Upholstery material: 1.2 mm PVC artificial leather
• Filling: 150 kg/m³ density recycled foam
• Base panel: 15 mm high-density multilayer composite panel

The solid front upright allows ample freedom of foot placement, while the low cushion height (43 cm) promotes stable heel support.

In fact, the height of only 43 cm allows for full support and pushing of the feet on the floor, maximum stabilisation of the weight on the backrest, and thus allows for physiological lordosis, hence lumbar contraction, chest lift and shoulder adduction.

The dimensions of the Flat Bench were defined in accordance with the Technical Rules Book of the International Powerlifting Federation - IPF, in order to harmonise the dimensions of the equipment to shared technical parameters.

Finally, the large central handle and the rubberised castors allow for easy movement and precise positioning, even within racks.

The Flat Bench 9020 is compatible with the POWERLIFTING RACK 9045 and can be additionally equipped with the optional one-piece ANTI-SLIP R9020A padding. This padding features a very high grip coating (known as 'grippy') that facilitates the adoption of the arched bench press technique.
