TRICEPS BAR - Multi-shoulder bar for triceps training
Triceps Bar - Multi-press barbell, 91 cm, weight 9 kg, with rubberized handles and disc holder adapters, diameter 50 mm, equipped with pads. The barbell is designed for performing exercises such as french presses, behind-the-neck extensions and stretches, characterised by a very narrow and highly rotated grip (hammer grip) to relieve stress on wrists and elbows. The particular shape of the bar, its compactness and manageability, as well as the presence of other grips, then allow various isolation exercises to be performed with low loads. The idea of dedicating a small barbell to training the triceps arises from the very anatomy of this muscle and the fact that the main pushing exercises, bench presses and dips on the parallel bars, must often be accompanied by analytical exercises performed with a high number of repetitions and a wide range of movement, in order to obtain maximum elongation and a consequently high muscular stimulus.
The manoeuvrability of the Triceps Bar, which is not very heavy and not very bulky, means that it can be considered a multi-purpose training barbell suitable for all kinds of metabolic techniques dedicated to fitness and physical culture.
