Long bag, weight 50 kg, for boxing and combat sports training with special reference to leg techniques; kicks and knee strikes. Manufactured from PVC, excellently finished, it is delivered ready to use: filled to 50 kg, complete with chains, carabiners and swivel pin for hanging.

In addition to the finish, the construction quality is due to the internal parts and the type of filling. The bag has an internal cylindrical structure made of polyurethane foam, filled with fabric. The structure and fabric prevent the filling from accumulating at the bottom and guarantee the best possible uniformity of the cylinder. This latter aspect is important as any irregularities in the cylindrical wall can be stressful and dangerous for hands, wrists and ankles.

The bottom bottom is equipped with a metal hook for a possible elastic band attached to the floor, or a weight, which is useful for limiting the oscillations of the bag due to blows.

Attention: do not use rigid elements for grounding (such as chains, ropes or snap-hooks), as they would risk ruining, or even tearing, the metal connection at the bottom of the bag.

The sack can be hung from the ceiling by attaching the 9062/1 Universal Wall Anchor and engaging the 2082 Black LinkIf the ceiling is very high, it may be necessary to purchase an additional chain. If you want to hang the sack on the wall, you can do so using the 9060 Wall Bar.
