The Hamstring Bar is a 'clever' accessory; as simple as it is effective.

Utilising the weight of the loaded Low Hex Bar, it allows the feet to be locked, enabling the athlete to perform exercises such as the Hamstring Curl and Abdominal Curl independently.

The Low Hex Bar 9012/3 was designed to meet the needs of athletes and teams, who often train without the aid of equipped facilities. Our aim was to transform it into an extremely effective workstation, capable of strengthening both the anterior muscular chain, with a strong involvement of the upper body thanks to the grip, and the posterior muscular chain, improving knee stability and reducing the risk of injury.

The strengthening of the posterior chain - which includes ischiocrucials (biceps femoris, semitendinosus and semimembranosus), gluteus maximus and paravertebral muscles - is often neglected by athletes, who tend to focus on the anterior musculature, such as the quadriceps. This imbalance increases the vulnerability of the knee, compromising its stability and resistance to joint stress. For this reason, we have placed great emphasis on incorporating the Hamstring Curl Exercise into the Low Hex Bar, a key movement for injury prevention and consequent improvement in overall athletic performance.
