MEDICINE BALL - Medicine Ball

Classics medicine balls heavy rubber balls (also called med balls or medicine balls), excellent for throwing, not too hard and bouncy, available in weights from 2 to 8 kg. Also due to their small size, they are ideal for toning exercises, holistic fitness classes, rehabilitation, functional training circuits and especially athletic training.

As they are bouncy, the quick and regular rebound of the medicine ball in the athlete's hands allows for effective power, speed, agility, resistance exercises, etc. Relatively low weights are therefore recommended, so as not to limit acceleration, speed and explosiveness during exercises.

The weight of the tool is given by the different amount of rubber, they have no internal moving weights.
