YOGA BELT - Belt with buckle for stretching and mobility exercises
Yoga Belt - Belt with buckle designed as an aid in holistic gymnastic practices in order to facilitate the attainment and maintenance of certain positions. The belt is also useful in mobility and stretching exercises in different areas, such as athletic training and rehabilitation.

The belt can be used as an aid to the practice of yoga, hence the name, and in general in many holistic gymnastic practices, as well as for rehabilitation therapies together with or as an alternative to sticks and elastics.
Its peculiarity is that it is a tool that is not rigid but can provide support with a high degree of modulability without being elastic.
For these reasons, it is used in the physical preparation for technical-combinatory sports, where flexibility is strongly linked to strength and dexterity: dance, rhythmic gymnastics, martial arts, figure skating, to give a few examples.
In home use, you can combine the Yoga Belt with the Anchor Door code 2092/1, so that the belt can be attached to a door and used for specific exercises in a practical and stable manner, e.g. leg elevation.

Examples of exercises:
- Basic mobility exercises and classic stretching: bending the torso on the outstretched legs from a seated position. With the Yoga Belt tied around the ankles, a pull in the direction of the feet is performed.
- Yoga: Stambha asana, with the Yoga Belt tied around the ankles, holding the free end of the belt with the hands. It provides excellent support to achieve an upright leg position and decrease tension.
- Yoga: Eka Pada Rajakapotasana, with the belt tied to one ankle, holding the head free with one hand. It allows the posture to be achieved gradually and without tension in the arms and shoulders.
- Active flexibility exercises for dance, gymnastics, martial arts and technical combat sports: leg elevation from a standing position with Yoga Belt strapped to one foot. By holding the head free with your hands, you can help activate the muscles to increase leg elevation and descent.
- Classical dance: it can be very useful in Developpe to correctly activate the adductor muscles so that the position en dehors is maintained and the quadriceps muscle is not the main executor of the movement.
