The Holistic Cork Kit includes five tools made of cork and designed for holistic disciplines (such as yoga or pilates):

The solution is significant above all on an aesthetic level, because cork manages to express the image of a natural, biocompatible raw material in harmony with life. This appears extremely consistent with this type of equipment, often used as accessories in holistic disciplines.
However, there are also technical aspects that justify making gymnastic equipment, to be used in contact with the body, from this natural element. Cork is structured through closed cells and has important qualities: non-toxic, hypoallergenic, odourless, waterproof, compact, resistant, lightweight, durable, elastic. It is no coincidence that the historical application of cork is in the production of corks for wine bottles.
The behaviour of cork with respect to wetness, in our case with respect to sweat, and the high waterproofing qualities, are perhaps the most interesting aspects for our application, both in terms of hygiene and the fact that cork does not become slippery. High grip is indeed an important quality for these tools, a quality that becomes essential in the case of the mat. The 3014 Cork Mat is exceptionally non-slip, in fact, the wetter it gets, the greater the grip. Excellent in all holistic disciplines but particularly in hot yoga.

Non-slip roll-up mat made by combining a layer of cork with a layer of TPE rubber: the Cork Mat code 3014 is exceptionally non-slip, in fact, the wetter it gets, the more grip it has. Good in all holistic disciplines but particularly in hot yoga.
Massage roller made of cork, with a smooth, very hard and never slippery surface, particularly stimulating in massage. The high hardness and small diameter of the Cork Roller at 10 cm make it more challenging than the EVA model Code 2500.
Cork version of the traditional yoga block (yoga block), also useful in many applications as a support and grip, for free-body exercises. Made of cork, the Cork Block is harder than the EVA model code 4200. It is also robust, crushproof and never slippery.
La Cork Ball6.5 cm in diameter, is the cork version of the Hard Massage Ball code 1275designed for self-massage exercises useful for muscle relaxation. The size of the ball makes it possible to precisely reach the points to be treated, and its hardness allows an extremely deep action.
The Cork Peanut Ball is a cork tool in the shape of a peanut, suitable for self-massage exercises, useful for muscle relaxation with particular reference to the lumbar and cervical area. The peanut shape allows effective bilateral pressure to be exerted without excessively compressing the spinal column.
