TRAMPOLINE for bouncing Medballs

Elastic trampoline, frame diameter 91 cm, support base 100×100 cm, adjustable in inclination, specially designed for rebounding balls, balls and medicine balls of various sizes and weights. Also called Medicine Ball Rebounder, the trampoline is extremely useful in athletic training and functional fitness, for performing exercises with a strong dynamic component and integral physical engagement.

Through the dynamics of throwing, rebounding and receiving balls thrown on the trampoline, it is in fact possible to carry out exercises to train the athlete's neuromuscular capacities: strength, speed, endurance, coordination, balance, with a particular focus on control and adaptation skills.

IMPORTANT: the Trampoline code 3604 does not support a person's weight. It is therefore important not to use it by jumping on it, but only for throwing and bouncing medicine balls.
