• What is a Premium All-in-One Rack, and how does it differ from a traditional power rack?
  The Premium All-In-One Rack is an integrated station that combines a four-post power rack with a pulley cable system, lat pulldown, low row, dip station and pull-up bars. Unlike a standard power rack, it allows you to perform maximum strength training with a barbell, exercises with variable resistance cables and assisted pull-ups all in a single station, taking up less space than two or three separate pieces of equipment.

  The LIGHT PACK (9088K1) includes the basic frame with pull-up bars, J-hooks and safety spotters for barbell training. The 360 PACK (9088K5) adds the full cable system with lat pulldown and an attachment set. The FULL OPTIONAL (9088K4) is the complete configuration: it includes a bench, footplate, bar holder, plate holders and storage for the attachments.
• How much space is needed to install a Premium All-In-One Rack?
  For correct use, a working area of at least 3x3 metres is required around the rack, with a minimum height of 2.7 metres to make full use of the pull-up bars. In the configuration featuring a lat pulldown and cable system, the front footprint increases by approximately 1.5 metres. • Is the 9088 rack also suitable for advanced home gyms?
  Yes, if you have a garage or basement with sufficient headroom and a load-bearing floor. The LIGHT PACK configuration is the most compact option for domestic use, whilst the FULL OPTIONAL version is designed for home gyms used by personal trainers who also train private clients. However, it is not the right choice if you’re looking for a foldable or dismantlable rack: the structure is designed for permanent installation.
• What types of J-hooks and safety spotters are included?
  The 9088 uses Roller J-Hooks with a UHMW coating that protects the barbell’s knurling during positioning. Safety spotters are horizontal bars that pass through the uprights, designed to catch heavy loads during squats and bench presses. V-versions (9088/8V and 9088/9V) are also available, featuring different component specifications.
• Do the pulleys in the cable system have a ratio of 1:1 or 2:1?
  The 9088 system uses pulleys with bearings (Pulleys With Bearings, part numbers R9088/10-11-12) mounted on a dual-pull steel cable.
