V-HANDLE - V-HANDLE for Olympic and Landmine barbells

The V-Handle is a “V-shaped” handle with a 51 mm diameter adapter for Olympic barbells or, in general, barbells with 50 mm diameter disc holder adapters. The handle, especially when combined with the Total-Core Pin code 9029, (or landmine) allows a barbell to be used in the manner of a T-bar for performing numerous exercises: rowing, rotation core and all types of standing push and standing press.

The V-handle should be inserted into the free adapter of the barbell with the flat side facing outwards, so that additional plates can be added if necessary and the weight load increased.

The tool is painted micaceous black and weighs 3 kg. The two parallel sockets have a diameter of 28 mm, a length of 230 mm and are 250 mm apart.
