PARALLETTES - Parallel bars height 80 cm

Pair of fixed mini parallel bars, for multi-joint exercises. The 80 cm Parallettes are an easily underestimated piece of equipment, but are incredibly effective both in athletic training and in functional fitness, where they can be used in circuit composition. In order to guarantee the best stability, the parallel bars are made entirely of metal, without rubber pads.

The grip tube has a diameter of 38 mm, a size that represents the best compromise between an effective narrow grip and a less painful wide grip (for reference, remember that Olympic barbells are equipped with a 28 mm diameter bar).

For these reasons, the 80 cm parallel bars, cod. 9018and 35 cm cod. 9018/1 are also useful for callisthenic gymnastics exercises. In particular, the Parallettes cod. 9018/1, 35 cm high, are in fact suitable for vertical exercises such as handstand push ups for example.
