SI-SAND BAG - Pre-loaded bag with handles

Si-Sand Bags are preloaded bags with handles, designed specifically for functional training and recently updated in some technical features to make them even more versatile and functional. The length has been increased to 75 cm, for a physiologically more correct posture and closer to the grip width of a barbell. In particular, the 75 cm does not force the athlete into a grip that is too narrow, i.e. a grip that is much narrower than the width of the torso.

In fact, a grip that is not too tight improves elbow-wrist alignment and prevents excessive shear forces on the affected joints, starting with the wrist. The Bag has also been equipped with 8 new, padded, effective, finished and comfortable handles. The cover is made of PVC, updated in the new black/grey colour, with particularly visible weight numbering.

The bag (filled with sand) maintains a high degree of softness and at the same time a good structural rigidity, which is necessary to avoid excessive deformations, in order to enable the correct execution of exercises such as clean, snatch, and others.

The Si-Sand Bag line of pre-loaded bags (with non-changeable weight), is characterised by its usefulness and great practicality in the context of functional training, especially group training or circuit training, where it is necessary to use as much equipment as possible that is unlikely to cause damage to people and property.
