Training Ladder - OUTRACE

The Training Ladder is an accessory with unique features in the OUTRACE range. It comprises two vertical ladders made of nylon webbing and equipped with 12 rubber-coated handles, 10 cm apart. Just like the Flying OUTRACE, the upper end is equipped with a carabiner for easy attachment to the Connectors and thus to the OUTRACE structure. The lower end, on the other hand, is equipped with a soft webbing that allows the Training Ladder to be used with the lower limbs in ways that a Flying.

The main function of this accessory is to allow a gradual approach to suspension training, with the different handles allowing the intensity and difficulty of the exercises to be varied according to height. In addition, the design of the equipment makes it particularly easy to switch from one exercise to another, without having to waste time on different manual adjustments.

To use the Training Ladders it is necessary to combine them with a pair of Connectors cod. OR16003
