TECHNIQUE ADAPTERS HOLLOW PLATES 28 mm

Pair of Teflon adapters to be inserted into the holes of the Technique Hollow Plates code 9040/25H and 9040/50Hto be used with a barbell with a 28 mm diameter plate holder. These adapters increase the diameter of the centre hole of the plates from 50 to 28 mm. For each disc to which the hole is to be reduced, it is necessary to purchase a pair of these adapters, which must be inserted on both sides of the disc.

It is not possible to attach the adapters to other models of discs or bumpers with a 50 mm bore.
