9082/1 Silent Gym Chain - Progressive load 12 kg

Pair of strong strips made of reinforced nylon, 155 cm long, featuring 24 0.5 kg cylindrical weights, for a total of 12 kg per strip. The tool was developed to eliminate the annoying noise and lack of user-friendliness typical of metal chains for lifting with progressive overload.
A 5 cm wide nylon strap is sewn onto the strips, forming a 10 cm ring at one end. The strap has the function of reinforcing the entire strip, while the ring serves as a grip and collar, for insertion on barbells or weight carriers, racks or isotonic disk-loading equipment suitable for the use of weight chains.
Silent Gym Chains can in fact be used in various ways. The barbell is undoubtedly the most suitable piece of equipment, although, in addition to certain isotonic machines, the use of worn or gripped weight chains for free-body exercises is widespread. To increase the weight of the progressive overload, several pairs of chains can be mounted on the barbell.
