WOODEN JERK PLYOBLOCKS

Wooden Jerk Plyoblocks represent a multi-use solution that can meet multiple training needs. Designed for weightlifting, the stackable wooden blocks allow the barbell support and drop at different heights, so that the different phases of the lifting exercises: Snatch and Clean & jerk; hence the name Jerk Blocks can be trained, breaking them down if necessary.

The division into 6 pairs of blocks (12 total) with as many as 4 pairs 15 cm high is essential for adequate height adjustment according to the exercise and the athlete's characteristics. Dividing the total height of 90 cm into a smaller number of blocks only saves production costs.
