MINI AEROBIC STEP – Step 40 x 40 cm, height 11 cm

A compact step from the Aerobic Step range. Like the 0231 model, the Mini Aerobic Step is 11 cm high, but the base measures 40 x 40 cm with a deck measuring 30 x 30 cm. Like the other models in the range, the Mini Aerobic Step is beautifully finished; it features no sharp edges, pronounced anti-slip grooves and four rubber feet, all of which enhance both its design and safety.

You can add height-adjustable steps to the Mini Aerobic Step; these are sold in pairs: code 0231/1 Aerobic Step. Each step raises the height by 5 cm.

IMPORTANT: The legs of the Aerobic Step slot together but are not secured to each other or to the Step itself.

Workout with the Mini Aerobic Step

The special feature of this product is the independence of the two 'step columns', guaranteeing extreme freedom of positioning, even close together, for a multitude of exercises such as dumbbell squats, step ups, deficit arm bends, v-sits and many others.

Furthermore, as only a single column is required, the number of Aerobic Steps needed for training is halved, making them ideal for maximising the available space in home gyms and personal training centres, or for providing more stations for clients (including in gyms).

Support base

The Mini Aerobic Step guarantees excellent grip thanks to its texture and the material used, as well as great stability provided by its wide base. Precisely because of its size, this base ensures a consistently secure footing that is never unstable, making it suitable even for more dynamic exercises and single-leg plyometric movements, such as jumping step-ups, explosive pistol squats and all movements that involve planting a foot and pushing off whilst in motion.

The advantages of this new product's single footplate do not stop there: by using only the base plate, without the steps, it is possible to obtain an elevation of approximately 11 cm, which is excellent for creating a deficit in all single-leg exercises for the lower limbs such as lunges, or as an initial base for arm bends with raises and the like.

In fact, higher steps (and therefore more pronounced deficits) are not suitable for a beginner or for individuals with poor mobility. Other applications of small deficits may be propaedeutic movements such as L-shaped pulls at the rings, where it is necessary to place a progressively higher step under the heels in order to reach the final complete movement with progressive difficulty.
