The Vinyl Super Pump Kit code 1133 includes everything needed to support a Pump workout, i.e. a barbell, vinyl plates and disc springs totalling 18 kg.
Vinyl, a member of the rubber family, is a pleasant-to-touch, odourless polymer characterised by elasticity, high mechanical strength and exceptional resistance to atmospheric ageing. However, it is vulnerable to impact with sharp objects and sharp edges (e.g. kit racks), as it tends to lift up once cut.
The Plates code 0031-0033, weighing 1, 2 and 5 kg, which make up the kit, are also comfortable to use without a barbell; the vinyl cover and grips, in fact, make the grip particularly pleasant and effective.
The Scales code 1660 is compact, 1.32 m long, made of steel, has a rubberized central part, diameter 35 mm and chromed disc holders diameter 28 mm. Weight 2 kg.
These features make the Vinyl Super Pump Kit suitable for use in group classes (for commercial gyms with a high frequency of use, however, we recommend the 1129 PU kit), but above all as a practical and space-saving solution for training at home, in your own home gym.

In fact, the Super Pump kit was born from one of the best known and most effective bodybuilding training techniques, muscle pumping, adapted to music-based metabolic fitness through the pre-choreographed methodology, 'the pump course'.
Although there is no unambiguous work protocol, training is carried out using low loads, e.g. 25% of the maximum load, prolonged sets lasting more than 60-90 seconds, short pauses, maximal movements at the limit of the joint ROM. High-intensity training results in a high activation of the anaerobic metabolism, with consequent production and accumulation of lactic acid, and subsequently, of the aerobic metabolism, according to a relationship dependent on the type of work and the loads adopted.
The Pump is also particularly suitable for training at home. In fact, the Super Pump Kit is multifunctional, the discs can also be used without a barbell, like dumbbells, and the barbell, although not very bulky, offers ample possibilities for load variation. The Super Pump Kit is for one of the best home training solutions for metabolic and aesthetic fitness.
