The code identifies only the medium-low resistance elastic for restrained running, included in the kit code 1695 Easy Big Tubing. Can be purchased in addition to the existing elastic in the kit code 1695 or in the kit code 1699 Power Big Tubing, so that several elastic bands can be used at the same time and resistance can be increased accordingly.
The Easy Big Tubing is a tubular elastic, sometimes also incorrectly referred to as 'bungee cord', covered with protective nylon stocking and equipped with two snap hooks at the ends. It is 3.5 m long and can be extended up to 9 m, whereby the elastic reaches a maximum medium-low resistance of approximately 30 kg.

The tubular rubber band, whether of medium or low resistance, can stretch to a certain limit, and the user must always consider the limits of extensibility of the tool.
Before performing an exercise, in fact, the maximum extension should be assessed. The maximum extension of the protective stocking indicates that this limit has been reached. The internal elastic could extend beyond 10 m, but for safety reasons the protective stocking extends to approximately 9 m. Beyond this limit, the protective stocking goes into tension, informing the user of the end of the stroke.
Therefore, before beginning the exercise of running restrained with the elastic band, it is essential to mark the working limit, so that it is not exceeded by tearing the protective stocking or the connections with the karabiner. It is advisable, for example, to use cones, skittles, or balls as references for the athlete by placing them at a slightly shorter distance than 9 m.
Same precaution if using a portion of elastic. As with any elastic, it is necessary to assess and not exceed the maximum extension point of the portion of elastic being used. This assessment can only be made by the user depending on the size of elastic being used at the time. If hooked onto a fixed point, e.g. a backboard, it is essential to pay the utmost attention to the hooking solution implemented.
The carabiner supplied may in fact prove to be inappropriate and it is therefore up to the user to assess the most suitable and safe solution. The need for a proper attachment must not be overlooked.
The product can be dangerous and the user must observe all possible safety precautions arising from the nature of the tool.
