ROUND PRO PU DUMBBELL

The dumbbell series 8802-8879 Round Pro PU Dumbbell is the result of more than 20 years of experience in supplying commercial gyms and large fitness club chains. Designed to withstand intensive use, these dumbbells face their toughest challenge every day: misuse, uncontrolled 'dropping' and impact on unsuitable surfaces, the real enemies of any equipment.

At the heart of their construction are two fundamental principles: a high-strength mechanical coupling between handle and weights, which minimises the risk of breakage, and a thermoplastic polyurethane cover of our own selection, tested to guarantee superior performance. This material, chosen for its compactness and elasticity, offers excellent protection against wear, shocks and external agents.

The shaft is fixed, and the weights are secured by means of a safety plate built into the thermoplastic polyurethane-coated cast iron, minimising the risk of the masses coming loose, even in the event of intensive or improper use. The chrome-plated handle, with a medium-deep knurled grip, is not rotatable: this means that during training there is no reduction in inertia due to the rotation of the masses, guaranteeing a full, high-impact workout.

Each handlebar is marked with the weight in kg and can be quickly stored on the rack Dumbbell Rack code 8880designed for efficient organisation thanks to the space-saving sliding system.

Other sets of dumbbells, designed for different training needs, are also available:

• Neoprene-coated dumbbells (code 2121 - 2130)Available in weights from 0.5 to 10 kg, they are ideal for PT studios, home-gym and gyms with controlled use. The neoprene cover, which is soft and pleasant to the touch, provides an excellent grip but can be damaged if subjected to throws or falls.
• Chrome-plated handlebars (code 1161-1170): sets of round dumbbells with weights from 1 to 10 kg, perfect for toning and light strengthening exercises.
• Rubber-coated hexagonal handlebars (code 8901-8950 Hex Rubber Dumbbell)designed for optimum stability on the ground, they reduce the risk of rolling and are ideal for functional and free-body training.

HANDLEBARS ARE NOT DROPPABLE

Falls can cause micro-cracks in the connection between the handle and the masses, which can extend over time and lead to breakage even after many months.
