8804K26 Round Pro PU Dumbbell 360Kg Kit

Professional fixed-weight dumbbell with rubber coating. Designed for intense, high-strength training, it features a robust design that guarantees excellent value for money. The dumbbell is attached by means of a safety plate welded to the cast iron discs, to minimise the risk of the weights coming off even in the event of improper use. Each dumbbell is marked with the weight in kg. The handle has a deep knurling and is non-rotating, thus offering a high-impact workout. The dumbbells can be stored and ordered in the special DUMBBELL RACK code 8880.

Round Pro PU Dumbbell 360Kg Kit - Professional fixed-weight dumbbell for heavy use. This is a particularly robust product, characterised by construction solutions that provide excellent value for money.

The shaft is fixed, and fastening to the weights is achieved by means of a safety plate embedded in the rubberized cast iron, so as to limit the possibility of detachment of the masses even in the event of improper use.

For weights under 12 kg, neoprene-covered dumbbells are also available series code 2121 - 2130 with weights ranging from 0.5 to 10 kg.

Each dumbbell is marked with the weight in kg. The chrome-plated handle, with deep knurled grip, is not rotatable, so the work done using these dumbbells is not relieved by the lack of inertia due to the rotation of the masses during exercises, but is full and high impact training.

Round Pro PU Dumbbells can be stored and ordered via the Dumbbell Rack code 8880.

How to use dumbbells with heavy weights

When using dumbbells with higher weights, special care must be taken, especially in the phase immediately following use.

In order to use Black PU Rubber Dumbbells weighing more than 40 kg to perform bench presses on an inclined bench, it is necessary to pick up the dumbbells one at a time from the floor, place them on the thighs and then bring them into position to perform the exercise. When the exercise is finished, while lying on the bench, bring your knees into contact with the dumbbells and return to a seated position using the weight of the dumbbells.
