The Hex Rubber Dumbbell Set – comprising dumbbells with fully rubber-coated hexagonal heads, so that the equipment can also be used whilst resting on the floor.

The chrome-plated handle, with a deep knurled grip, is not rotatable, so the work that is done using these dumbbells is not relieved by the lack of inertia due to the rotation of the masses during exercises, but is full and high impact training. Dumbbells can be stored and ordered via the Dumbbell Rack Code 8880.

How to use dumbbells with heavy weights

When using dumbbells with higher weights, special care must be taken, especially in the phase immediately following use.

In order to use Black PU Rubber Dumbbells weighing more than 40 kg to perform bench presses on an inclined bench, it is necessary to pick up the dumbbells one at a time from the floor, place them on the thighs and then bring them into position to perform the exercise.
