9087K3 Total Body Pack

The 9087K3 Total Body Pack combines the 9087 All-in-One Machine with the Nüobell® 2–32 kg quick-select adjustable dumbbells and the 9012/4 Open Hex Bar, transforming the workstation into a comprehensive yet compact solution for strength training, functional training and athletic conditioning.

This setup combines the multifunctional machine’s guided, selectable-load training with free-weight training, significantly expanding the range of available movements. The dumbbells allow for single-joint isolation exercises, multi-joint movements and functional/metabolic patterns, whilst the Open Hex Bar becomes the key element for lower-body development and athletic performance.

Thanks to its open design, neutral grip and balanced load distribution along the body’s axis, the Open Hex Bar allows you to perform deadlifts, squat patterns, lunges, split squats, loaded carries and multi-planar movements with a high degree of postural control and reduced technical strain compared to a traditional barbell. The unique arrangement of the sleeves also makes it easier to load and unload the bumper plates, ensuring quick and efficient handling even in compact spaces.
