The 9087K4 Strength & Cardio Pack builds on the 9087K3 Total Body Pack by incorporating the new compact RunUp HC010 treadmill, designed for running, uphill walking and high-intensity conditioning sessions. With speeds of up to 22 km/h and an adjustable incline ranging from -6% to 42%, RunUp introduces an advanced cardiovascular and metabolic component, transforming the station into a comprehensive solution for strength training, functional training, athletic preparation and aerobic/anaerobic exercise.
The setup combines the guided, selectable-load training of the 9087 All-in-One Machine with free-weight training using Nüobell® adjustable dumbbells (2–32 kg) and the 9012/4 Open Hex Bar. The dumbbells expand the range of movements with single-joint exercises, multi-joint movements and functional/metabolic patterns, whilst the Open Hex Bar is the key element for developing the lower body, general strength and athletic transfer. Thanks to its open design, neutral grip and balanced load along the body’s axis, the Open Hex Bar allows you to perform deadlifts, squat patterns, lunges, split squats, loaded carries and multi-planar movements with superior postural control and reduced technical strain compared to a traditional barbell.
The addition of the RunUp HC010 completes the system with programmes for endurance, sprinting, interval training, hill walking and specific conditioning, which are particularly effective for multi-directional sports such as football, skiing, tennis, trekking, running and general physical training.

The RunUp HC010 is a compact treadmill designed for running, uphill walking and HIIT conditioning. It reaches a maximum speed of 22 km/h and offers an adjustable incline ranging from -6% to +42%. This range makes it particularly effective for hill walking programmes, sprint interval training, sport-specific endurance training for mountain sports (skiing, trekking) and athletic preparation for multi-directional sports such as football and tennis.

The Open Hex Bar 9012/4 allows you to perform deadlifts, squat patterns, lunges, split squats, loaded carries (farmer’s walk, suitcase carry) and multi-planar movements with a neutral grip and the load centred on the body’s axis. Thanks to its open design, it reduces technical strain compared to a traditional barbell and allows for greater postural control, making it ideal for both beginners and specific athletic transfer exercises with heavy loads.

The pack includes 2 x 5kg bumper plates, 2 x 10kg and 2 x 20kg, for a total load of 70kg. With the Open Hex Bar (typical weight 20–25kg), you can reach a total of 90–95kg. The system is expandable: you can add further bumper plates to achieve higher loads, suitable for advanced deadlifts, squats and loaded carries. The Ø 50mm collars are included for secure fastening.

The Nüobell 2–32 kg adjustable dumbbells are designed to complement the 9087 model; they are not used directly on the machine. They expand the range of exercises to include single-joint movements (lateral raises, curls, triceps extensions), multi-joint movements (bench presses, single-arm rows, goblet squats) and functional/metabolic patterns (man maker, clean and press, complexes).
