Sled Harness

The R9097 Sled Harness is an optional accessory for the Competition Sled 9097/2, which is useful for strength exercises performed on the basis of restrained movements by pulling a heavy weight. The Competition Sled 9097/2 weighs 35 kg without loaded discs. Alternatively, featuring a lower weight of 6 kg, the 9097/1 Speed Sled is available.

Restrained running, skip, prowler, walking backwards, are some of the exercises that can be performed using a sled equipped with a harness. It should be noted that the advantage of using a padded harness is the distribution of weight on the shoulders. On the other hand, there may be less practicality in performing exercises with lateral pulling, for which the 1697 belt may be more suitable.

R9097 Sled Harness comprises an adjustable padded harness with a quick-release plastic buckle and 220 cm long tow straps, including three carabiners.
