• What does it mean when a product is available for pre-order on Sidea?
  This means that the product is not physically in stock at the time of ordering but is already being restocked. By reserving it now, you are securing one unit from the next incoming batch, with priority allocation over future orders. The estimated restock date is shown on the individual product page.
• When is a pre-order item dispatched?
  The shipment is dispatched as soon as the batch is received at our warehouse in Gambettola, inspected and allocated to orders in chronological order. The estimated delivery date is shown on the product page as ETA. You will receive an email notification with the tracking details when the parcel leaves our warehouse.
• If I order a pre-order item along with one that’s in stock, what happens?
  The order will be processed as a separate dispatch. Items already in stock will be dispatched within the standard timeframe, without waiting for the pre-sale product to be returned. You will receive two separate parcels, each with its own tracking number. This approach ensures that items which are ready are not held up whilst waiting for the next container.
• Can I cancel a pre-order?
  Yes, a pre-order can be cancelled before the product is prepared for dispatch. Please contact Sidea customer service, quoting your order number. Cancellation is possible as long as the goods have not been allocated and prepared; once the parcel has been dispatched, the standard returns procedure applies.
• How do I know when a product becomes available again?
  The estimated delivery date is shown in the description section of each pre-order product page. This is an estimate based on production and delivery times: any delays will be communicated directly to customers who have already placed an order. You can also contact us for a specific update on the batch you are interested in.
• Is it better to buy in advance rather than wait for the item to come back into stock?
  If you need the product within a specific timeframe, then yes. Those who place an order are given priority on a first-come, first-served basis: when the batch arrives, the first units are allocated to those who have already ordered. Products such as the AIOM packs or the All-In-One Machine often sell out within the first few weeks after restocking, leaving those on the waiting list empty-handed for months.
• What happens if there are delays with the pre-sale plot?
  In the event of a delay to the estimated time of arrival (ETA) for logistical reasons (sea freight, customs clearance, production delays), customers who have placed an order will receive a notification with the new estimated date. If the delay exceeds a reasonable timeframe, customers may request cancellation and a full refund of the order without incurring any penalties.
• Are the products available for pre-order the same as those I’ll find in the catalogue later on?
  Yes, these are exactly the same items as those listed in the Sidea catalogue, with identical technical specifications, materials and finishes. Pre-order is simply a way of purchasing in advance: it does not involve prototypes or preliminary versions. When the product returns to stock, the technical specifications remain unchanged.
• Can I pre-order more than one of the same product?
  Yes, it is possible to order multiple quantities, subject to the availability of the incoming batch. For large orders — typically from CrossFit boxes, gyms and sports centres requiring 4–10 units of the same item — we recommend contacting the Sidea sales representative directly to check the allocation on the container and agree on the delivery times.
• Does the pre-sale also apply to the Gym Design service?
  In fit-out projects using 3D renderings, it may be the case that some items in the final layout are on pre-order at the time the order is finalised. In such cases, the Sidea team coordinates delivery with the installation schedule, ensuring that pre-sale items arrive at a time that is compatible with the overall assembly of the structure.
• What instalment payment options are available?
