Is this basic kit compatible with all Sidea Glass-Free mirrors?

The kit is designed specifically for the Sidea Shatterproof Mirrors: Code 1202 Glass-Free Mirror and Code 1203 Posture Glass-Free Mirror. Do the wheels allow the mirror to be moved even on uneven floors?
