SLED BAG KIT - Sled speed indoor

Sled Bag Kit - Sturdy rubberized bag, equipped with strap, attachment rings, carabiner, sandbags that can be filled with sand, for dragging exercises in the ways of ballasted sleds. Can also be used outdoors and is particularly suitable for gym work, where the floor does not allow the use of metal sleds.

The bag system allows the weight to be changed very easily and, in addition to sandbags, weights and rubberized discs can be used as ballast. The equipment is particularly suitable for functional fitness and athletic training for walking-running exercises or crawl exercises with ballast.
