Jump Up - OUTRACE

The Jump Up is an OUTRACE component, designed to add more functionality than a Lat Bar. It consists of 4 horizontal bars integrated into the same ramp, 20 cm apart and slightly inclined to create an angle. Perfect for plyometric exercises, this component also provides the user with additional possibilities compared to a standard pull-up bar for performing exercises such as pull-ups and chin-ups. The Jump Up is also ideal in combination with Power Loopto facilitate the execution of tractions, or as a support for the attachment of gymnastic rings, elastics and other suspension training equipment.
