EFC The Fighter 2
L' EFC Performance Institute officially opened its doors to the public on 1° February and has already held its first event: last month this new facility was the main setting for the TV series "The Fighter season 2"which is aired worldwide. It is a reality show during which 10 of the best female MMA hopefuls from all over the world, train and fight together until they reach the final clash that will determine the winner of the season. The structure will also serve as Training Institute for Technogym, OUTRACE and Sideabecoming a international training centre for trainers around the world, and in particular, will serve as reference point for combat sports e African functional training.
