4112 Adjustable Agility Ladder

ADJUSTABLE AGILITY LADDER - Adjustable ladder for agility exercises

The Adjustable Agility Ladder is a ladder for dynamic agility exercises with 11 squares (approx. 48 cm wide x 50 cm long), adjustable thanks to the possibility of changing the position of the 'rung' on the webbing. Made with nylon straps that do not tangle and flat PVC rungs, it adheres perfectly to the ground, lies flat and is easy to pick up, thanks also to the metal binder provided that prevents the rungs from overlapping and the straps from tangling. Ladder, binder with clips and zipped bag make up the product kit.

The Adjustable Agility Ladder can be used in a variety of dynamic exercises, athletic training and functional fitness.

A few examples, then, starting with the simplest exercises:

• Skip low on your toes
• High knees with double hop on one foot
• Leaps in and out of squares
• Sideways to the ladder: enter the square and exit quickly, then do the same with the square next to it

The only limit to the range of exercises on the Agility Ladder is the imagination, and the training objective of the athlete using it. The reactivity exercises are absolutely recommended for tennis players, basketball, volleyball and five-a-side football players, but also for runners.
