SOFT HURDLE - PVC-coated soft hurdle h 30 cm

The Soft Hurdle is a 30 cm high training hurdle, made of high-density foam rubber protected by a PVC cover, for functional athletic conditioning exercises. It is particularly suitable in the composition of training circuits that include a component dedicated to speed, endurance and agility.

In fact, the softness of the obstacle instils confidence in the users, allowing them to interpret the exercises to the full even in complex, multi-disciplinary circuits that are not exclusively dedicated to agility.

For this reason, being medium soft, it is a useful obstacle in any training context: pre-athletic training, athletic preparation, functional fitness, metabolic and motor activities for the elderly. It can be used both indoors and outdoors, individually or in long series.
