RUBBER AGILITY LADDER - Recycled Rubber Agility Ladder

Agility Ladder with 10 squares, each measuring approximately 40 x 41 cm, with a total length of approximately 4.65 m. Made of recycled rubber, 3 mm thick, the Rubber Agility Ladder adheres perfectly to the ground, stretches and rolls easily. Thanks to its weight of 5.8 kg, it remains firm.

This type of solution is particularly suitable in all contexts with floors, or floors on which traditional rope ladders are unusable. This is the case, for example, on wooden floors, which could become scuffed, or on excessively uneven floors, or in contexts where users can easily move the rope ladders.

The Agility Ladder is used in many dynamic exercises, athletic training and functional fitness. A few examples, then, starting with the simplest exercises:

• Skip low on your toes
• High knees with double hop on one foot
• Jumps in and out of squares on the side of the ladder: you enter the square and quickly exit, then do the same with the square next to it.

The only limit to the range of exercises on the Rubber Agility Ladder is the imagination, and the training objective of the athlete using it. The reactivity exercises are absolutely recommended for tennis players, basketball, volleyball and five-a-side football players, but also for runners.
