9086 Premium All-in-One Wall Rack

9086 Premium All-in-One Wall Rack – Much more than just a wall rack: a true multi-function station.

The design of the 9086 All-in-One Wall Rack Premium stems from a specific aim: to create a compact wall-mounted station that is, at the same time, truly comprehensive, practical and easy to use. It is not just a simple cable station, nor is it a standard wall-mounted rack – perhaps a fold-away model involving fiddly opening and set-up procedures – but a single, integrated station, ready for training.

The structure is based on a rack with stainless steel uprights in a natural finish, a feature characteristic of the Sidea All-in-One Premium range. In parts subject to sliding and greater wear and tear, the unpainted stainless steel ensures strength, durability and aesthetic quality over time.

Two weight stacks, each weighing 90 kg, are integrated into the structure and arranged horizontally to minimise the depth of the rack. The weight stacks provide resistance to a smooth, fluid cable system that incorporates a wealth of technical features.

The cable station has two arms fitted with handles, which can be quickly adjusted for height and width and folded back against the frame.

At the bottom there is a low-mounted double pulley with a footrest bar, complete with a mechanical selector that allows the load ratio to be set to 1:1 or 1:2.

In addition to the training options offered by the cable station – which is ideal for complementary, isolation and finishing exercises – the machine features the standard equipment of a proper weight rack, essential for performing fundamental and multi-joint exercises. Each component has been developed in accordance with the three principles underpinning the design: compactness, comprehensiveness and ease of use.

At the top, there is a pair of reclining, removable pull-up bars. The bars can be folded away when not in use or positioned parallel to the safety spotters, transforming the rack into a dip station for performing parallel bar exercises.

A special role is played by the safety spotters, which are a full 49 cm long.

Whilst retaining their conventional name, in the 9086 series they are used primarily as adjustable starting supports for the barbell, rather than simply as devices designed to catch it should the exercise not be completed. Their length allows the barbell to be rested on them and slid into the most suitable starting position. The athlete thus has the necessary space to position themselves correctly under the barbell, both in squats and in bench press exercises.

This solution allows the rack to remain extremely compact and shallow, without compromising on the use of an Olympic barbell.

The 9086 therefore combines a particularly comprehensive cable station with a fully-fledged rack station, which can be used for free-weight barbell exercises, bodyweight exercises or bench presses: a highly valuable configuration in the field of strength and conditioning.

The All-in-One Wall Rack 9086 is completed by the Multi-position Pad, a padded support measuring 400 × 290 mm, which is adjustable in height and angle and can be quickly attached to one of the frame’s uprights.

Dimensions: 810 x 505 x H 405 mm – 400 x 290 mm (seat), L 505 mm (leg rests). Weight: 14 kg.

Depending on the configuration chosen, the pad can be used as a seat or as a stable and comfortable support for the torso and back whilst performing exercises in a seated or standing position.

The integrated leg rollers ensure stability and control during cable pull-down exercises, keeping the user correctly positioned throughout the movement. The rollers can be quickly removed without the need for tools, leaving the padded surface completely free for the user to rest their torso or back against.

Compact, versatile and easy to set up, the Multi-position Pad significantly expands the range of uses for the cable station and improves comfort, stability and the quality of movement during training.

Other accessories included with the 9086:

1 textile anklet

1 x 600 mm triceps rope Ø28 mm

1 narrow combo socket 140×120 mm Ø28 mm

The design is sophisticated, but never an end in itself. The 9086 All-in-One Wall Rack Premium is, first and foremost, a high-performance piece of kit, designed for a genuine, comprehensive, full-body, high-intensity workout, in true Sidea style.

FAQ – 9086 Premium All-in-One Wall Rack

What is the 9086 All-in-One Wall Rack Premium from Sidea?

The 9086 All-in-One Wall Rack Premium is a professional, multi-function wall-mounted station that combines, in a single compact structure, a barbell rack and a cable station with two 90 kg weight stacks. The package also includes safety spotters, pull-up bars that can be converted into parallel bars, and a double low pulley. It is therefore not just a simple wall rack, but a complete station for training with barbells, cables and bodyweight exercises.

What is the difference between the 9086 Sidea and a standard wall-mounted rack?

A standard wall-mounted rack mainly provides the necessary supports for barbell training and, when it is foldable, requires specific steps to open, close and set it up. The 9086 All-in-One Premium Wall Rack, on the other hand, also incorporates two weight stacks, adjustable cable arms, low pulleys, pull-up bars and parallel bars. All the main training exercises are incorporated into a space-saving structure that can be set up quickly.

What types of training does the 9086 All-in-One Wall Rack Premium allow?

The 9086 allows you to combine fundamental barbell exercises with cable-based supplementary exercises and bodyweight movements. You can perform squats, bench presses and other multi-joint exercises, as well as pull-ups, dips, pulls, pushes and isolation exercises. This configuration makes the station suitable for strength training, functional training, bodybuilding and athletic conditioning programmes.

How much space does the 9086 All-in-One Wall Rack Premium take up?

The 9086 measures 1,325 mm in width, 510 mm in depth and 2,170 mm in height, with a total weight of 355.5 kg. The depth of 510 mm refers to the overall dimensions of the structure and is one of the distinctive features of the design. When installing the machine, you must also take into account the working area required for the arms to open, for using the barbell and for the possible placement of a bench; you should therefore consult the pages dedicated to the TECHNICAL SHEET and the WORKING AREA.

How does the cable station built into the 9086 Sidea work?

The cable station uses two weight stacks, each weighing 90 kg, which are integrated into the frame and arranged in such a way as to reduce the overall depth of the rack. The system allows for both unilateral and bilateral exercises via adjustable arms and a dual lower pulley. This configuration offers a variety of movement paths and enables a comprehensive workout for the upper body, lower body and core.

How do you adjust the arms on the cable station?

The two arms of the 9086 can be quickly adjusted both in height and width. This dual adjustment allows the cable’s starting point to be changed and the trajectory to be adapted to the characteristics of the exercise and the user. When not in use, the arms can be folded back towards the frame to minimise the station’s footprint.

What is the 1:1 and 1:2 load ratio selector used for?

The mechanical selector allows you to adjust the ratio between the cable travel and the resistance felt by the user. The 1:1 ratio provides a more direct transmission of the load, whilst the 1:2 ratio increases the available travel and proportionally reduces the resistance felt at the handle. The 9086 can therefore be configured for strength exercises with heavier loads or for wider, progressive and controlled movements.

What is the function of the lower double pulley with footrest bar?

The double low pulley expands the range of possibilities for performing low pulls, lower-body exercises and pulling movements using a single or double grip. The footrest bar provides a stable anchor point, which is particularly useful for horizontal pulls and exercises performed whilst seated. The system complements the possibilities offered by the cable station’s two adjustable arms.

What are the 50 cm safety spotters from the 9086 range used for?

In the 9086 series, safety spotters retain their conventional technical designation but are primarily used as adjustable starting supports for the barbell. The 50 cm length allows the barbell to be positioned at the required distance and height to enable the athlete to stand correctly beneath the bar. This solution makes it possible to perform squats and bench press exercises whilst keeping the depth of the rack extremely minimal.

Can the 9086 be used with an Olympic barbell and a bench?

Yes. The 9086 All-in-One Premium Wall Rack is designed to allow the use of an Olympic barbell for both standing exercises, such as squats, and bench press exercises. Correct installation must allow for the necessary working space for the barbell, loading the weights, the bench and the user’s movements.

How do you use pull-up bars and a dip station?

At the top of the 9086 there is a pair of reclining, removable pull-up bars. When not in use, they can be folded away to minimise the space taken up; alternatively, they can be positioned parallel to the safety spotters to set up a dip station. The same component therefore allows you to perform both pull-ups and dips on the parallel bars.

Why does the 9086 use stainless steel uprights with a natural finish?

Stainless steel with a natural finish is used in the parts most subject to adjustment, sliding and repeated contact. The absence of a paint finish prevents surface wear from causing scratches or flaking of the coating over time. This is a distinctive feature of the Sidea All-in-One Premium range, chosen to combine mechanical strength, durability and aesthetic quality.

For which settings is the 9086 All-in-One Wall Rack Premium suitable?

The 9086 is designed for gyms, personal training studios and professional home gyms that require a comprehensive training station but have limited depth. The combination of a rack, cable station and bodyweight training stations allows numerous functions to be concentrated within a single area. It is particularly suitable where compactness, variety of exercises and speed of use are key requirements.
