Series of polyurethane finished plates for commercial gyms with high frequency of use.
In fact, polyurethane provides greater resistance to wear and scoring than rubber, vinyl and neoprene. The central steel ring, in addition to facilitating the loading of the discs onto the barbell, is a further factor in reinforcing the area most subject to wear and damage, often resulting from the hasty and inaccurate insertion of the plates into the racks by the user groups.

For storing 0040-0042 28 mm Super Pump Plates in PU we recommend the Pump Rack Large Kit (code 1134/1) as its main feature is the greater distance between the disc carriers, allowing the insertion of the 28 mm Super Pump PU Plates (cod. 0040-0042) without them touching.

Pump training plates made of polyurethane, cod. 0040-0042, are the best quality choice for commercial gyms that see a high frequency of use.
Polyurethane, a material of high quality and manufacturing precision, offers greater resistance to shocks and cuts than rubber, vinyl and neoprene.
The plates are compatible with barbell with a diameter of 28 mm, such as barbell code 1660 o code 1660/1, were made to set up sets dedicated to Super Pump, more commonly referred to as pump training.
For storing 0040-0042 28 mm Super Pump Plates in PU we recommend the Pump Rack Large Kit (code 1134/1) as its main feature is the greater distance between the disc carriers, allowing the insertion of the 28 mm Super Pump PU Plates (cod. 0040-0042) without them touching.

PUMP TRAINING
Pump training is a form of fitness training focused on increasing muscular endurance and toning the body through the use of 'light' weights and a high number of repetitions.
This type of training, of which Super Pump is one method, aims to involve all the major muscle groups in one session, combining weight-lifting exercises with aerobic-inspired movements for a complete workout that improves both strength and cardiovascular endurance.
During a typical pump training class, participants choose weights according to ability and type of exercise, performing sets to motivating music.
The instructor leads the class by demonstrating the exercises, performed in succession at high intensity. The aim is to promote general health and well-being through fun strength-endurance training with a high metabolic impact.
Being equipped with handles, the 0040-0042 plates can also be used without a barbell, thus increasing the range of possible exercises.
