8904K26 Hex Rubber Dumbbell 360Kg Kit - Hexagonal Rubber Dumbbells

The KIt Hex Rubber Dumbbell - consisting of fully rubberized hexagonal dumbbells, so that the tool can also be used while standing on the floor.

The chrome-plated handle, with a deep knurled grip, is not rotatable, so the work that is done using these dumbbells is not relieved by the lack of inertia due to the rotation of the masses during exercises, but is full and high impact training. Dumbbells can be stored and ordered via the Dumbbell Rack Code 8880.

How to use dumbbells with heavy weights

When using dumbbells with higher weights, special care must be taken, especially in the phase immediately following use.
