Superpump
The SUPERPUMP features a number of innovations that will complement the classic barbell training.
Through the pre-choreographed methodology, you will work isotonically on the various muscle groups. We start with the largest muscles and end with the smallest ones. The alternation of exercises is calculated according to the movement of the muscles: pull/push - agonist/antagonist.
- The new features introduced in the SUPER PUMP are:
- Isometric contractions (resistance)
- Plyometric contractions (explosiveness)
- Some functional free-body routines
- Exercises with sidea discs (without a barbell)
- The use of a new step that allows the bench to be tilted on supine exercises
The pre-choreographed structure guarantees instructors, fitness centres and the end user a safe lesson that suits all types of clientele.
By means of a precise work scheme and an ad-hoc teaching methodology, the programme guarantees secure results.
Classes are conducted by the We For Fitness Academy staff: athletic trainers, fitness instructors, personal trainers; under the supervision of A.na.m. (national association of massage therapists and sports operators) and supported by CSEN (Centro Sportivo Educativo Nazionale), a promotion body recognised by CONI (Italian National Olympic Committee).
