PUBLIC ISLAND PLYOBOX - 30, 60 or 90 cm high plyometric exercise box

Public Island Plyobox code 9085/4-/5-/6 are accessories of the Public Island Rack code 9085designed to provide outdoor training solutions in public spaces, such as parks, gardens and beaches.

These are three parallelepipeds fixed directly to the floor, independent of the main structure, and designed to perform plyometric exercises or as a raised support for bodyweight training exercises.

The Plyoboxes, which can be purchased separately, are available in three different heights, i.e. 30, 60 and 90 cm and have dimensions 69×69 cm. The base is made of metal, while the upper part is made of wood; both parts are treated for outdoor use.

Fixing Public Island Plyoboxes

Plyoboxes can be purchased with different fixing kits:

• Fixing Kit for Concrete Plateau
• Fixing Kit for Concrete Plinths

The Plateau Kit includes classic concrete expansion anchors, and must be chosen in the event that the structure (or its sub-components) is to be fixed to a whole reinforced concrete base, with a minimum thickness of 15 cm.

The Plinth Kit includes a number of components required for joining the Dips bars, as well as the classic concrete expansion anchor bolts, and must be chosen in the event that the structure (or its sub-components) are to be anchored to plinths of 50x50x50 cm buried and full below each anchorage point of the structure. Fixing templates with dimensions for the preparation of the plinths can be requested when ordering.
