STRENGTH TRAINING AND PHYSICAL CONDITIONING
Muscle-building can have different purposes, ranging from physical conditioning from a sporting perspective to purely aesthetic ones related to hypertrophy and physical culture. Over the years, this branch of training, predominant in traditional gyms but still an essential part of any sports centre, has undergone many changes in terms of both approach techniques and equipment and the organisation of the available space.
In this sense, an area dedicated to strength training cannot do without one or more stations dedicated to weight training and, in general, to training with a barbell, which translates into a series of elements such as Power Racks, technical floor mats and all related accessories (barbells, bumpers, disc stops, etc.).
These elements have, however, been joined by new and increasingly innovative tools. On the one hand, equipment has been developed that makes it more comfortable to perform exercises that would otherwise be particularly complicated to organise, as in the case of the GHD or the Hip Thrust Platform Bench. On the other hand, equipment that fuses Functional Training concepts (global, multi-planar movement) with high loads specifically aimed at developing strength and power has also become increasingly popular. This is the case, for example, with the Clave, Macebell, Strongman Ball and Heavyweight Kettlebell.
PESISTICA
Professional equipment, supports and technical flooring for setting up weightlifting areas, including racks, barbells, bumper plates, disc stops and other accessories.
SPECIALIST TOOLS
Equipment designed specifically for performing exercises to strengthen the thighs, buttocks, abdominals and core.
STRONG FITNESS TRAINING
Tools with unique features and even high weights, which allow functional training techniques to be used to improve strength and power, but also coordination, mobility and grip strengthening.
SPECIALISED BALANCERS
Barbells with special characteristics or shapes, which allow specific training of certain muscle groups.
A certainly important and functional role within a training area dedicated to Strength and Conditioning is played by the structure. The requirement in this case is specifically linked to two needs: to provide comfortable and safe supports for training with the barbell (and not only) and to organise the available space in the best possible way, including through equipment storage solutions.
In this respect, a particularly suitable solution is the Rack Station: fully customisable in terms of dimensions and accessories, these tubular structures have the Power Cage Rack as their basic element. code 9095to which additional components are attached that are useful for barbell training but also for suspension training.
Rack Stations can be customised by adding racks and individual components, but are also available in pre-configured versions of various sizes: Rack Station Packs:
