Group fitness - group training classes
Group Fitness encompasses all those group training activities, directed by a trainer, which have as their main objective the execution of high-intensity programmes with limited loads, possibly with the accompaniment of a musical base that increases the choreographic component or otherwise the involvement of the participants.
This includes a whole series of specific courses and classes that have long been part of the offerings of gyms, clubs and fitness areas in hotels, resorts and beyond. These include, for example, Pump classes, with short, practical barbells loaded with small rubberised discs, as well as Fit Boxing classes and the like.
In such cases, there is often only one (or more than one) dedicated space with ample free space in the middle. For this reason, in areas dedicated to group training classes, storage solutions become essential in order to be able to neatly store the large quantities of necessary equipment.
SUPER PUMP
Set including barbells, rubberised discs and disc stops designed specifically for Super Pump classes, in which high-intensity exercises are performed with low loads.
FIT BOXING
Sacks (including base adjustable to three heights), and accessories such as gloves and protectors, for practising Fitness Boxing classes.
STEP
Steps of various sizes and heights, adjustable and non-adjustable, for Group Fitness classes involving high-intensity plyometric exercises.
TOOLS AND ELASTICS
Accessories and equipment useful for specific Group Fitness classes, requiring bars or small aerobic dumbbells or elastic bands of various sizes and resistance.
Rather than racks and structures, which in Group Fitness areas would take up space to accommodate several people within the same class, equipment storage solutions play a particularly important role in this type of set-up.
By storing the different tools in an orderly and, above all, space-optimised manner, it is possible to create a more functional workspace, within which all the material needed for the various classes can be managed quickly and easily.
This can be done by evaluating specific tool racks, designed to accommodate specific types of equipment (dumbbells, balls, bars, etc.) or universal solutions, which can be customised with different types of shelves according to one's needs.
